UNIONVILLE, Mo. (KMIZ) A Columbia man suffered serious injuries in a Monday crash in Putnam County on Missouri 5, about two miles south of Unionville, according to a Missouri State Highway Patrol crash report. The crash occurred as a 2010 Mercury Grand Marquis – driven by Randolph Reed, 57, of Columbia – was heading northbound, crossed the centerline and hit a 2018 Chevrolet Silverado – driven by David Sheets, 40, of Marion, Iowa. Sheets and his passenger – Anna Sheets, 72, of Toddville, Iowa – had minor injuries and were brought to Putnam County Memorial Hospital by ambulance.
